It came with a full 12 months MOT and service, which gave me great peace of mind. I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from PBS Car Centre. The initial process of arranging to view and test drive the vehicle, its presentation, collection and final sale was handled in a most exemplary fashion.Sadly, the car developed a fault within a couple of days of collection, which was unforeseen and beyond anyone's control. However, PBS, in particular Mark, acted promptly, professionally and without hesitation to arrange vehicle recovery from my home address in order to return it for further investigation. Unfortunately, diagnosis of the problem proved difficult despite best efforts, meaning that there was uncertainty about how long the vehicle would actually be off the road. As a consequence, and to avoid any further inconvenience to me, PBS immediately offered a full refund, and without any quibble, which was greatly appreciated.Although the purchase didn't quite go to plan, a big thank you to Danielle, Mark and all the PBS team for the excellent pre and post sales service. I would certainly not hesitate in buying another vehicle from PBS Car Centre in the future.
