Absolutely brilliant service! Rang this morning after my car went into limp mode, and they managed to get everything sorted the same day. The car was serviced, the engine management light was diagnosed and sorted, and I was back on the road within just 6 hours. Fantastic service, quick turnaround and great communication. Brilliant garage! I’m so used to mechanics that magically find as many faults with my car as they possibly can. They’re honest, reliable and knowledgeable mechanics. They fitted spark plugs for me a couple of months ago, I’ve been in 2-3 times since… they’ve done diagnostics for me and put my mind to rest for free. Highly recommend.

The staff at PBS were great! It was my first time buying a car after getting my licence and everything was very new for me. After putting a deposit on my car I had to wait for my insurance to start before driving it away. They were very understanding/ flexible and let me pick the car up a few weeks later when my insurance started. The day of pickup was effortless and Phil helped me with all the paper work and tax etc. I was struggling to get my blackbox started so Phil offered to help me have a look which I was grateful for. Great company, very quick and easy process!

Thank you PBS for fitting me in for emergency out of date MOT at last minute despite you being very busy and short on staff that day....you even managed to do me a service as well at a very reasonable price and forfeited a lunch break. I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from PBS Car Centre. The initial process of arranging to view and test drive the vehicle, its presentation, collection and final sale was handled in a most exemplary fashion.Sadly, the car developed a fault within a couple of days of collection, which was unforeseen and beyond anyone's control. However, PBS, in particular Mark, acted promptly, professionally and without hesitation to arrange vehicle recovery from my home address in order to return it for further investigation. Unfortunately, diagnosis of the problem proved difficult despite best efforts, meaning that there was uncertainty about how long the vehicle would actually be off the road. As a consequence, and to avoid any further inconvenience to me, PBS immediately offered a full refund, and without any quibble, which was greatly appreciated.Although the purchase didn't quite go to plan, a big thank you to Danielle, Mark and all the PBS team for the excellent pre and post sales service. I would certainly not hesitate in buying another vehicle from PBS Car Centre in the future.
