About PBS Car Centre

PBS Car Centre has been on the High Street in Tunstall for over 35 years. Same family, same building. Phil, Mark and Danielle are who you will speak to when you ring, and who you will see when you walk in.



We are a garage and a dealership, which is less common than it used to be. Most places do one or the other. We sell used cars, we sort their MOTs, we service them, we repair them, and we will buy yours.



Buying a car from us



Every car is fully valeted and carries a valid MOT before it goes out. Part exchange is welcome and we will take Cat N and Cat S in part exchange too, which not everybody will. Finance is available, subject to status.



Because the workshop is ours, the cars on our forecourt have been through it. That is the difference between a dealer who inspects a car and a dealer who can actually put it right.



The workshop



We service and repair cars and vans up to Class 7 / Sprinter size, and we take care of MOTs too. Air conditioning and engine management are our two specialisms, and we have the diagnostic equipment to find a fault rather than guess at it.



A good number of our workshop customers have never bought a car from us, and plenty of our car customers were in the workshop first. Both are fine by us.



Business and fleet accounts



We run garage accounts for local businesses — vans, company cars and staff cars, with 10% off servicing, free collection and delivery within 5 miles, and 30 or 60 day credit terms.
